The main purpose of my email however besides wishing to express my thanks and gratitude for such a wonderful trip, is to make reference to the two girls who liaised with me on the finer details. I've never come across two more efficient co-ordinators than Lesley Ellerton and Kate Dawson. The speed at which they had dates, times, shows, flights fired through to me was startling. I could barely suggest a few date or show options when the details would be sent through to me for my preferred choices! I think one of my last emails with Lesley regarding arrangements was on a Wednesday evening around 5pm and by Friday morning an itinerary with every detail down to a tea arrived in the post. When the final official documentation arrived, it came neatly arranged in a travel folder made easy for travelling. I brought the folder to the attention of some friends, colleagues and family members accompanied with a verbal low-down of the preceding dealings with Unmissable. There wasn't one person who it failed to impress. And looking at your website I certainly agree that you bring "brilliant service" from "knowledgeable staff". However if I was to go one step further I would replace that with "exceptional staff". Once again, A MASSIVE thank you. It was a trip most girls only dream about, let alone have everything paid and organised for them with such efficiency! Santa came early!
