It’s been quite a few days here in the office as will have been the case with most travel specialists. But never ones to be beaten in the face of a crisis, we’re working through the issues and resolving them one by one. One of our winners is even booking herself into Champneys until the crisis resides and she can pick up her prize flights once they are re-scheduled. Now that, is calm.
Another nice message at the end of the day today, just to calm the nerves and remind us it can be very rewarding working in the service industry after all..
“Hi Lesley. A short e-mail to thank you for your efforts yesterday. Eventually, I think we made the right decision, as I understand no flights left Gatwick today and hopefully you will be able to get a refund from BA. I have forwarded myclaim to easy-jet who offer a full refund within 30 days.
