We’ve been doing our daily check on what’s new in the UK and have come across a little gem of a hotel in Cornwall.
In a nutshell it is a stunning, 37 bedroom, luxury eco hotel which boasts delicious locally sourced food and an Ayurvedic spa with a difference. The whole ethos is that sumptuous surroundings don’t have to be unsustainable so a perfect choice for a prize with a low carbon footprint.
Rooms all benefit from dramatic views and each have individual outdoor space, in some cases a roof top lounge accessed by a spiral staircase. But relaxation takes on a whole new meaning at the spa where you have the opportunity to star gaze or storm watch from one of the outdoor log fired hot tubs! Alternatively you can choose to chill out in one of the relaxation pods which swing from the ceiling.
They’ve even got the food right with Michelin award-winning Ben Tunnicliffe on board. The local chef will dish up a different menu daily consisting of sophisticated local food bursting with flavour.
