The pimp has returned to the Unmissable office this time in the form of a giant Victoria Sandwich. Not content with the usual two layer sponge, Ange went one better & created a multi tiered sandwich. The ultimate sponge creation used 6 eggs, 300g self raising flour, 300g caster sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 300g margarine plus a bucket load of jam. The kitchen may never be the same, but we think it was well worth the effort & are currently doing our best to work our way through the leaning tower of sponge.
