Sometimes you’ve just got to wait a little bit longer for that perfect prize

 Fairy recently ran a competition entitled “Helping Hands” and the premise was that winners had to be nominated.  Entrants were individuals who had dedicated time and effort to make life a little bit better for others.  Some of the winners set up charities, spent their free time taking disabled children riding, helped the homeless or started up nurseries.  Many of the winners cared for family members. Molly was nominated by her mum Karen, she wrote:

“Although she is only 6 she has helped me shop, cook, clean and most of all smile since my breast cancer diagnosis 3 years ago”

The prize was a trip to London, 1st class rail tickets, overnight at a luxury hotel and tickets to see a red carpet film premier (actually it was a purple carpet!).  Over the past year I have spoken many times to Karen as we wanted to make sure that the film was just right for Molly - she didn’t fancy a cartoon, she wanted some pop stars!  So we waited and waited and finally the film of her dreams was ready to be screened - Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience.    Karen has sent us some great photos of their trip, the brothers were there in the flesh and I think we have one very happy young lady.
